About Us

These luxurious creations are hand-made from the highest quality all-natural products and with pure essential oils. You will never find any harsh synthetics or animal by-products in ANY of my products.

The packaging is also of superior quality. This is no coincidence. I spent months researching packaging from all over the world to find the very best in order to ensure that the high quality products were NOT going to be contaminated by poor grade containers. Packaging that is minimal (yet beautiful) and environmentally safe is important.

The Face Behind The Funky Logo:

My name is Barbara Ford and I am part of a new generation of holistic practitioners who look to provide healing, comfort and guidance to others without the use of harsh or invasive treatments.

I have been practicing many different types of holistic health methods for over 13 years and have studied under some of the best healers in Canada. InSpirit Canada has long since been a dream of mine as it gives me an opportunity to take what I have learned and use it to create products that are not only beautiful smelling; but are also a healthy and gentle alternative for your skin.

I believe that your health and sense of well-being are crucial to living a full and happy life.

Barbara was interviewed and featured as the Healer of the Month for April 2009 on the Ontario Holisitic Registry. Click here to read her interview, and click here to view her biography.

What The Logo Means:

The "Sun" represents life. It keeps us warm, and lights our days. Because of the Sun, plants grow and feed all of Mother Earth's creatures. Without it we humans and everything on this planet would cease to exist.

Take a scenic drive through Northern Canada and you will see the distinctive rock formations of the "Inookshuk" along the way. It is more than just a decoration; it's an Inuit compass. The face looks to the North, and the arms point to the East and the West. It is special because it helps weary travellers find their way home -even when nothing looks familiar.

Putting the sun and the inookshuk together reminds me of my mission and vision to provide high quality products that encourage holistic wellness and are environmentally friendly.
